Our Story

Built by fans,
for fans.

We're the parents of four college athletes. Over the years, following our kids to games meant weekends spent in homes that never quite matched the energy of the occasion — and no good way to host the family and friends who came along for the ride. As experienced hosts who have welcomed guests into short-term rentals since 2017, we knew exactly what was missing.

That experience inspired The Game Stay. We wanted homes where you could actually live the weekend — where the whole crew could gather, celebrate, and feel at home in a place designed for exactly this.

Every property we create reflects the homes we'd want to stay in ourselves: beautifully designed, full of character that nods to the college town it's in, and stocked with everything that makes a game day weekend truly memorable.
